The Prosser Group was established to explore opportunities in the rapidly growing sectors of alternative energy and clean drinking water. Worldwide demand for energy is growing rapidly and availability of pure drinking water is limited and increasing in cost. Economic and environmental considerations are driving the need to find cleaner, less expensive solutions for both.

World dependence on oil as its prime energy source in the transportation sector coupled with the dramatic rise in oil prices have created a compelling need to quickly move to other energy sources. Concern over global warming and air pollution has created a clearer view of the economic and environmental costs of burning hydrocarbon based fuel to produce electricity. Assured availability of clean water is a major factor impacting the economic growth of many regions around the world.

To address needs in these emerging markets the Prosser Group was established to:

  1. Provide consulting and engineering services
  2. # Facilitate transfer of dual use technologies developed by government and/or corporate institutions which may play a beneficial role in these areas
  3. Provide access to global markets and sourcing
  4. Provide investment capital to companies of particular strategic interest
