Ron Prosser-CEO The Prosser Group

Ron is the President and CEO of The Prosser Group providing consulting, engineering and venture capital in the energy and clean water fields. Ron Prosser took an early retirement from The Boeing Company in 2007 to from The Prosser Group LLC. At Boeing he served as the President of Boeing Services Co, the Vice President of Integrated Defense Advanced Systems, and held executive positions in Rockwell Energy Systems and Rockwell Space Systems prior to their acquisition by Boeing. Prosser led teams at Boeing that won three of the largest new programs in Boeing’s history including Future Combat Systems which at $22B remains the corporation’s largest new business win. Prosser was an executive with Rockwell Energy Systems where he ran nuclear programs, and has led teams on solar and coal fire energy programs. He has led strategic acquisitions, integrated businesses into overall operation, and forged strategic alliances with partners around the world. He has a history of building organizations from and handful of people to over 3,000 with annual revenues over $1B. Prosser was a member of Boeing’s Strategic Planning Council responsible for investments in venture capital funds having technologies of interest.

Miller Adams-Venture Capital Investments

Miller leads the TPG Venture Capital Investments. Miller Adams has worked in executive positions in venture capital financing, acquisitions and start up for many for over 20 years. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of an affiliated company Sheppard Global Ltd., focusing on Technology Strategy, Development and Commercialization. Sheppard Global works worldwide with top-tier research organizations, large and small corporations and research universities, all of which are seeking to create revenue streams through the commercialization of technology. Previously Miller was a Director and Vice President at The Boeing Company reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. During his tenure at Boeing, Miller created an integrated multi-faceted global R&D strategy including a technology driven venture capital fund having the objective of increasing Boeing’s access to new and emerging technologies. Before joining Boeing, Miller worked in various legal and corporate positions with both mature and early stage companies. Miller is a graduate of Seattle University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and earned his Juris Doctor at The University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law).

Michael R. Fox Ph.D-Chief Technical Officer

Mike has worked in the energy field for over 35 years in managerial and technical roles for multinational companies including BP (formerly Atlantic Richfield), Rockwell International, and Westinghouse Electric Co. Dr. Fox is a widely published author on science, energy, and environmental issues. He is an internationally recognized technical expert and is frequently invited to provide congressional testimony as well as present technical papers and presentations worldwide. Dr Fox was an Invited Speaker to International Conference on Climate Change Global Warming, New York City Mar 2-4 2008.

General ret. Joe Yakovac-DOD Opportunites

Lieutenant General Joseph P. Yakovac, Jr. (U.S. Army - Retired) is responsible for DOD related opportunities. General Yakovac brings extensive experience and knowledge having been a key Army leader in transformation of the Army and insertion of new technologies into operations. General Yakovac served in several senior U.S. Army positions, most recently as Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology and Director of the Army Acquisition Corps. In these roles General Yakovac led the effort to improve the Army’s combat capability and provide critical systems and support services. He retired from the Army in January 2007. General Yakovac graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1977 and earned an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado. He served as a platoon leader, executive officer, and company commander in mechanized infantry units and as an assistant professor at West Point. Joe served as the Project Manager, Bradley Fighting Vehicle System at U.S. Tank-automotive Armaments Command (TACOM) and as Assistant Deputy for Systems Management and Horizontal Technology Integration, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology).

For his distinguished service, General Yakovac earned the Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit three times, and the Army Meritorious Service Medal seven times. He wears the Expert Infantry Badge, the Ranger Tab, and the Parachutist Badge. He is a graduate of the Armor Officer Advanced Course, the Army Command and General Staff College, the Defense Systems Management College and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

Dennis Bracy-Strategic Advisor

Dennis serves as a strategic advisor to The Prosser Group for new business investments and international opportunities. Dennis is the Chairman of Avatar Studios which produces websites and television programs for clients around the world, including Anheuser-Busch, Boeing, Monsanto and AT&T. Bracy led the first American team that co-produced prime-time television programs in China. Bracy is a frequent commuter to China, advising clients such as Starbucks, Boeing, Stellar International Networks and Itron. Bracy also serves as CEO of the US-China Clean Energy Forum. Leaders in the U.S. and China created this organization to increase cooperation on clean energy and alternative fuels. China’s delegation is led by the National Development and Reform Commission’s Energy Research Institute. The US side is chaired by prominent national business leaders including: Stanley H. Barer, Chairman Emeritus of Saltchuk Resources, Michael J. Phillips, Chairman of Russell Investment Group, and John L. Thornton, former co-president of Goldman Sachs. Bracy’s previous professional positions include EVP of Rockey Hill & Knowlton, SVP of Edelman, regional director for ITT Corporation, and vice president of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation.
